CentOS 6 下 RPM 方式安装 MySQL5.6

1. 下载 Linux 对应的 RPM 包，如：CentOS6.7_64 对应的 RPM 包，如下：
[root@mysql ~]# ll

2. 检查 MySQL 及相关 RPM 包，是否安装，如果有安装，则移除（rpm –e 名称）
[root@mysql ~]# rpm -qa | grep -i mysql
mysql-libs-5.1.73-5.el6_6.x86_64
[root@mysql ~]# yum -y remove mysql-libs*
已加载插件：fastestmirror,
refresh-packagekit, security
设置移除进程
解决依赖关系

3. 安装 MySQL
[root@mysql ~]# rpm -ivh MySQL-server-5.6.25-1.linux_glibc2.5.x86_64.rpm

4. 初始化 MySQL 及设置密码
[root@mysql ~]# /usr/bin/mysql_install_db — mysql_install_db 脚本来生成帐户和相应权限许可表

[root@mysql ~]# mysql -uroot -p

表示一切顺利成功。
mysql SET PASSWORD = PASSWORD(123456 – 设置密码为 123456

5. 允许远程登陆
mysql use mysql;
Reading table information for completion of table and column names
You can turn off this feature to get a quicker startup with -A

6. 设置开机自启动
[root@mysql ~]# chkconfig mysql on
[root@mysql ~]# chkconfig –list | grep mysql
mysql 0: 关闭 1: 关闭 2: 启用 3: 启用 4: 启用 5: 启用 6: 关闭

7. MySQL 的默认安装位置
/var/lib/mysql/ #数据库目录
/usr/share/mysql #配置文件目录
/usr/bin #相关命令目录
/etc/init.d/mysql #启动脚本

8. 更改 MySQL 目录与字符集

[root@mysql ~]# cd /home –home 目录下建立 data 目录
[root@mysql home]# mkdir data
[root@mysql ~]# service mysql stop – 把 MySQL 服务进程停掉
Shutting down MySQL.. SUCCESS!
[root@mysql home]# mv /var/lib/mysql /home/data – 把 /var/lib/mysql 整个目录移到 /home/data

如果 /etc/ 目录下没有 my.cnf 配置文件，请到 /usr/share/mysql/ 下找到 *.cnf 文件，拷贝其中一个到 /etc/ 并改名为 my.cnf)中
[root@mysql ~]# cp /usr/share/mysql/my-default.cnf /etc/my.cnf – 修改配置文件位置

配置 /etc/my.cnf 文件, 修改数据存放路径、mysql.sock 路径以及默认编码 utf-8.
[client]
password = 123456
port = 3306
default-character-set=utf8
[mysqld]
port = 3306
socket =
/home/data/mysql/mysql.sock
character_set_server=utf8
character_set_client=utf8
collation-server=utf8_general_ci
#(注意 linux 下 mysql 安装完后是默认：表名区分大小写，列名不区分大小写；0：区分大小写，1：不区分大小写)

#(设置最大连接数，默认为 151，MySQL 服务器允许的最大连接数 16384;)
max_connections=1000
[mysql]
default-character-set = utf8
socket =
/home/data/mysql/mysql.sock

查看字符集
show variables like %collation%
show variables like %char%

9. 修改 MySQL 启动脚本 /etc/rc.d/init.d/mysql

最后，需要修改 MySQL 启动脚本 /etc/rc.d/init.d/mysql，把其中 datadir=/var/lib/mysql 一行中，等号右边的路径改成你现在的实际存放路径：home/data/mysql。
[root@test1 etc]# vi /etc/rc.d/init.d/mysql
#datadir=/var/lib/mysql（注释此行）
datadir=/home/data/mysql（加上此行）

10. 重新启动 MySQL 服务
[root@mysql ~]# service mysql restart
Shutting down MySQL.. SUCCESS!
Starting MySQL. SUCCESS!
OK 一切成功
